I just placed an order. What happens next? Thank you for choosing us! You will immediately receive an order confirmation email. Once our team packs your scarf and hands it to the carrier, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number so you can follow its journey.

My tracking number isn't updating. Is something wrong? This is normal! Tracking numbers sometimes take 1–3 business days to register in the carrier’s system after we ship the item. If it has been more than 3 days without an update, please reach out to us so we can check on it for you.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it? We try to process orders quickly. If you need to make a change, please email us at hello@thehappyshoppy.com within 2 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to intercept it.

What materials are your scarves made from? We carry a variety of blends to suit different seasons. You can find the specific material composition (e.g., Wool-Blend, Silk-Feel Polyester etc.) listed in the description section on every product page.

Will the scarf fit everyone? (Sizing) Most of our scarves are designed as "One Size Fits Most" with generous dimensions for versatile styling.

How do I keep my scarf looking new? To prevent pilling or damage to delicate fibers, we recommend hand washing in cool water and laying the scarf flat to dry. Avoid harsh wringing or machine drying.

Troubleshooting

I received the wrong item or it arrived damaged. We are so sorry! Please email us at the hello@thehappyshoppy.com immediately with a photo of the item you received. We will resolve this for you right away—no need to jump through hoops.
